With a particular passion for helping individuals navigate challenges like Postpartum Depression, anxiety, pregnancy loss, fertility issues, and conditions such as OCD, ADHD, and PMDD, Mary offers a personalized and holistic approach to healing. She spent the last five years working in OB-GYN settings, where she honed her expertise in addressing the unique mental health needs of women during and after pregnancy. Her deep understanding of the physical and emotional toll of these experiences allows her to create effective, individualized treatment plans.
Mary provides treatment for adult clients ages 18-65, including medication management and brief psychotherapeutic intervention. She specializes in conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety, ADHD, Postpartum Anxiety and Depression, and OCD. While she primarily work with adults (ages 18+), she also see teens (13+) on a select basis, particularly those navigating self-esteem challenges, bullying, and peer pressure.
