Hi, I’m Maya—a licensed mental health counselor dedicated to helping you find clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and rooted in evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Whether you're navigating anxiety, racial trauma, PTSD, identity struggles, or major life transitions, I’ll support you in reframing disruptive thoughts, setting boundaries, and fostering self-compassion.
I provide support for those struggling with social anxiety, PTSD, and the lasting effects of sexual or physical abuse. Therapy with me isn’t just about symptom management—it’s about building resilience, empowerment, and a deeper connection to yourself.
