About Me
I am Dr. Stacy Judah, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy and experience in clinical practice since 2010. I am licensed in California, Oregon, Hawaii, and Maryland and am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. I provide online therapy, with a focus on couples and children ages 6–10.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in understanding how relationships and life experiences shape emotional well-being. I help couples strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build emotional connection. With children, I use developmentally appropriate strategies and creative activities to support emotional expression, coping skills, and confidence. Parent and caregiver check-ins offer additional support for applying these skills at home.
I strive to create a welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, we identify meaningful goals and work toward practical changes that support healthier relationships and everyday well-being.
Next Steps, Together
Beginning therapy can feel uncertain. You can expect a warm, respectful space where your concerns are heard and your goals guide our work. During our first appointment, we will explore what brings you to therapy, what you hope to change, and how we can work together.
For children, I use age-appropriate conversations and creative activities to help them express feelings and develop coping skills, with parent or caregiver involvement to support progress at home.
My style is collaborative and encouraging. We will move at a pace that supports meaningful work while developing practical skills you can use in everyday life.
