About Me
Walking into a therapist’s office for the first time can be intimidating and my goal is to be a warm face that you feel comfortable accompanying you on your journey. Using a combination of therapeutic approaches, I tailor your treatment to your individual needs and will walk through your journey with you instead of calling the shots. I have been in the mental health field for 10 years and specialize in treating adults experiencing depression, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, and gender and sexuality related concerns. I received my master's in counseling psychology from Northwest University and did my undergraduate studies at the University of Washington.
Next Steps, Together
As a sex positive queer allied therapist, I am here to help you work towards getting to know your most authentic self. I enjoy helping individuals and couples grow insight and understanding into their mental health and the experience of being alive. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and my job is to facilitate your quest into self-actualization. I am also the spouse of a Deaf individual, fluent in American Sign Language and have been acquainted with Deaf culture for 10 years.
