About Me
Kiera Stevens (she/they) is an LMHC who is born and raised in Washington State. She received her master's in counseling from Antioch University Seattle in 2021 and has previously been working with adult and child populations around the Greater Seattle area.
Kiera works from many different lenses of therapeutic work to make sure every client is getting services and support that are tailored to their unique needs, but overall pulls from an overarching person-centered perspective, as well as elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Drama/Creative Arts Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy.
Next Steps, Together
Everyone deserves a space to feel heard, seen, cared for, and supported; that is the basis of what I promise when you work with me. I will not always have the answers you want or are looking for, but I will be here to sit with you and be in your corner through the journey. I am here to walk beside you, not lead you, as you explore what changes and growth are possible in your life. My door is open, let’s see what’s possible.
